Excellent Doctor with a wonderful staff
Very friendly staff. Dr. Branum and staff listen very well to all symptoms and concerns. Noticeable improvement after several months of following his treatments.
Horrible experience.
The staff is a joke and know that they are the only rheumatologist's office in the River Valley. I missed two months of work due to medical reasons and had to take out a loan to pay all of my bills that insurance didn't cover. I asked the front desk if I owed anything, multiple times being told that I didn't. So that money went towards another bill. A month later I was told I owed 450. After I asked why I was told that I didn't owe anything, their response was, "Oh we just didn't know your full total." I was even billed 150 ... read more
Made an appointment, they didn’t schedule it properly and threw me around and told me it was my fault. Additionally, they grew agitated and hung up on me when I told them of their own mistakes and humbly admitted my own. If I could give a half star I would.
