Dr. Patel is a fantastic doctor. I can't rate him and his staff high enough.
They really work for their 1.5 stars. Arrived literally five minutes late to my appointment at 3:35 (parking lot was under construction), receptionist went behind a wall and said “five minutes late, will she see him?” The response was “no”. They then tried to reschedule me to which i said “no”.
Got right in, no waiting and Dr was great
Spent over 6 months trying to receive treatment. Did an in-lab with some ancient barely functionsl headset and never received a proper diagnosis. I was charged an exuberant sum and wasted so much time. Have yet to receive even medication, let alone any device or some SOMETHING to help with my problem.
this place is the WORST! find somewhere else to go please!!!! dont waste anything on this place, they overcharge!!!!!!!
