World class surgery : ten to twelve years ago Dr Rauls did a total hip and a little later total knee replacement for me. After getting a nerve induction study as to what was causing such pain in my arm. Dr. Rauls said I had carpal tunnel in my right hand. I would have never guessed it since I've never really done too much repetitive work. I saw Dr. Rauls in his remote office in West Plains and then did a follow up in his office in Mountain Home. Dr Rauls did my knee surgery back in 2012. Back then, he took time answering my questions and showed empathy and concern. So, when I started having problems with my hips, I figured I would go back to him. BIG MISTAKE!!! He acted like he was being timed on how long he took in the room and I felt like he wasn't listening to what I had to say. And then, he acted like he didn't believe me when I answered his questions. Had total left hip on April 7th.I was in terrible pain for several years.Now can say pain is down to a 2 and getting better every day .Dr Raul's is a great surgeon and a fine person.He prayed with me before surgery.As a retired nurse with 40 years experience I know how rare this is.Truly a caring physician.Fine office staff also.God bless them all.
