After getting a nerve induction study as to what was causing such pain in my arm. Dr. Rauls said I had carpal tunnel in my right hand. I would have never guessed it since I've never really done too much repetitive work. I saw Dr. Rauls in his remote office in West Plains and then did a follow up in his office in Mountain Home. Dr Rauls did my knee surgery back in 2012. Back then, he took time answering my questions and showed empathy and concern. So, when I started having problems with my hips, I figured I would go back to him. BIG MISTAKE!!! He acted like he was being timed on how long he took in the room and I felt like he wasn't listening to what I had to say. And then, he acted like he didn't believe me when I answered his questions. Had total left hip on April 7th.I was in terrible pain for several years.Now can say pain is down to a 2 and getting better every day .Dr Raul's is a great surgeon and a fine person.He prayed with me before surgery.As a retired nurse with 40 years experience I know how rare this is.Truly a caring physician.Fine office staff also.God bless them all.
I was injured at work and went to an urgent care facility through workman's comp. The doctor at the urgent care took xrays and found nothing but was concerned due to the nature of my injury. He believed that I may have damaged connective tissues in my leg as the xrays showed no trauma. I went to Dr. Rauls twice and both times he neglected to take any of this information into account nor my complaints of pain in my inner thigh muscles. Dr. Rauls and his staff was great. Dr Rauls did a great job. No more pain in my left hip.i had a total hip replacement. I would recommend him.
