Dr Raul and the nurse that attended were real nice ... The girl at the desk might need to have an attitude adjustment... She was a bit sharp with me and with a couple of different people on the phone as I was standing there... The doctor and the nurse have nothing to do with the star rating the reason I gave the star rating of a one star was because it was beyond freezing in the office especially...
Dr Raul’s did a complete knee replacement and I cannot be happier with the results.
Dr Rauls took care of both my kids when they were little one broke an arm playing foot ball and my other broke her wrist when she fell off the bed. Now my son is 18 and just had to have ACL and meniscus reconstructive surgery. They go him in extremely quickly they are so caring and have checked up on him. I would never go anywhere else.
World class surgery : ten to twelve years ago Dr Rauls did a total hip and a little later total knee replacement for me. So recently, when I needed the other knee replaced, there was no question who I wanted to do it. In the last decade, there have been here advances in surgical technique and protocol. 1. Pre op long-lasting Local anesthetic. WOW! 2. Robotically assisted surgery 3. Negative pressure wound coverings. All contribute in their own way to greater efficacy and patient comfort.
