I love Dr. Kaila! I have seen her for 20 years after I was in a car accident and she has always been so wonderful. This is an extremely busy office and they are always friendly, prompt and on time. I would never go anywhere else!
I had to unavoidably cancel my appointment 1 hour and 20 minutes before hand and this business charged my benefits. I was forced to call my provider and reverse the charges. Now Dr. Kalia's office not only lost $55 buy the year over year sum of all my potential benefits. This short sighted thinking from a rich doctor is not the kind of business I will patronage again. If no star was an option for this unsympathetic buisness and its policies of charging for not providing services I would give that.
