Dr. Roopak is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared. Only issue is the wait time can be pretty long, but overall a good experience.

TERRIBLE!!! Customer Service is horrible and scheduled my mother in law just for money when she could have just went to her regular eye doctor. You will wait for hours for an appointment that you scheduled!! Absolute WORSE!!!
I am also an ophthalmologist in the North Dallas area, and I would highly recommend Dr. Dhoot as a physician and surgeon. I often send some of my more complex cases to Dr. Dhoot as he is fellowship-trained in glaucoma. Having seen him work in the operating room, I can also attest to his skills in the operating room which are world-class.
