I’ve called multiple times trying to check fax cause I need to doctor sign then I have to submit my child therapy center.if I can not submit before July 6 they can’t provide their services,and every time it’s the same frustrating experience. They either put me on hold forever or just hang up without saying a word. I even called back right after being hung up on, and they did it again. As a long-time patient of Dr. Rumana Rahman at Global Medical Care Associates, PLLC, I've sadly witnessed a decline in both service and ethics over the years. While the office may have upgraded its physical space, the quality of care and professionalism of the staff have plummeted. Let's start with the staff.
