Very bad management. My mother had an appointment at 1pm they had me wait for 4 hours and i had to wait with baby there. They didn't help at all. Bunch of loosers. They are very unprofessional. U ask them for help they pass it to each other. They give priority to their lunch not to their patients.. What a shame. I will never go back there. Not recommend this palace.
Front desk always very Bad behavior
Dr Rahman is excellent, however his employees are the worse ever. They barely speak English, they don't explain if your next to be seen, they have this TERRIBLE way of conducting whose next by way of musical chairs. Forget having an appointment, they don't honor that. Prepare to wait for hours.. They ALL have a an awful attitude and disposition. Unfortunately the staff brings this very food Dr to 1 star. Shameful
I think it would get zero star if people could give. I don’t think the doctor is any good either because she already knows about her front desk people. I even told her during my visit that they don’t have any humanity or manners, but she didn’t care. If doctors don’t care about patients, then we DON’T NEED these type of doctors. We don’t get treated for free, WE PAY ENOUGH, and there are plenty of good doctors out there. I already changed my primary doctor and would NEVER recommend anyone here. As everyone said already, it’s a horrible place to be a doctor office. A patient could be dying but they won’t care to listen. I don’t know why the doctor keeps these front desk people who have zero customer service skills, no medical knowledge, no manners, no understanding of emergency, not even basic speaking. They never answer the calls, sometimes they pick up and just leave the receiver up so we can’t call back. If they even receive the call, rude would be less to say.
