If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place is a joke. The lady was rude and lazy on the phone. She said their was no available appointments. And told me to google urgent care near me!! Why would I need to do that if this is my primary care provider. It just makes no sense how these people get away with this. It’s mind boggling.
Came in today for a quick checkup for the 1st time, my throat hurt pretty bad and I was feverish. My primary care doc was out so I had to find another doc asap. Found Dr Ruksanas clinic and immediately made an appt. Went in and after some normal paperwork I was handed a paper that $110 was due right now b/c $750 is my deductible. What?! I came in with a high fever and sore throat symptoms and was diagnosed with a possible kidney infection and had a urine sample taken. The whole experience was wonderful.They have me processed and into see a doctor in no time. I have always been able to talk to dr nazneen and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Would not consider changing doctors.
Bad service with horrible billing.First the front desk lied and then they made me see the doctor for no reason and then charged my insurance company for it.since I had not met my deductible I had to pay for a visit that I was not supposed to even do.when I asked the front desk for a clarification they were rude and she said she cannot waste time in clarifying my query.never going to this place again.
