I called to make a appointment to see Dr. Cerejo who comes highly recommended by a friend and after 2 days of trying to reach the office, I finally spoke to someone who said that since I was already seen by another doctor at one of their other locations, I cannot changed doctors and I am stuck with the current one that I have. I expressed how I was unpleased with my current doctor and would like to switch and she responded with no. Receptionist said I was stuck. I have been seeing Doctor Cerejo for about 13 years now and I am extremely happy that I found him. He is very understanding, patient and thorough with his examination and recommendation for treatment of my illness. He is a great Rheumatologist, highly recommend. Staff is also great to work with.
Dr. Cerejo is very intelligent and consistently gives of his time to answer all my questions. I never feel rushed. When I mention his name to other physicians, he is highly respected.
Truly a great doctor. Very fortunate to have Dr Cerejo as our rheumatologist.
Agree with the prior review about staff/policy at front desk. The office answers no phones before 9am, but appointments are scheduled at 8:15. A different address on Burns Rd. remains on the internet for the office address. I arrived 7 minutes late due to the address discrepancy after leaving a message with the answering service. The office lobby was completely empty, but the desk manager still refused to allow the appointment, ignored the explanation, said the address issue was Google's mistake.
