This guy is a COMPLETE quack! He ran his office in his house before losing his license several years ago in Winnie. He actually stopped treating me one day to corral his HORSES!!! I am SO NOT KIDDING! He gave me a lethal dose of Plaquenil, causing me to have severe jaundice of the eyes and leaving me to have permanent eye problems.
