Very quick to take your money and demands payment in full prior to procedure/surgery so that she does not have to wait for her money from Medicare and Health fund. Not transparent with fees, does not list the Medicare Schedule fee on invoice. This way we can't see how much cream she is skimming off the top. Had a procedure with her and had to pay $1805 up front. Still waiting for refunds. Will only get back $760. So my Out of Pocket is over $1100 for a test that took less than 45 mins. I had partial hysterectomy surgery performed by Dr Ruchi Singh, she was so patient with all her explanations, processes and procedures. She called me checking up on me out of hours when she couldn’t see me. Made sure I was comfortable pre, during and post surgery. Her process of after care cannot be faulted. She listened and answered all of my questions and concerns. If you need any treatment for Uro gynaecology issues, she is who I would highly and confidently recommend to see.
Dr. Ruch is an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. She was consistently thorough, professional, and reassuring throughout my consultations, as well as before and after my surgery. I underwent prolapse surgery and a laparoscopic hysterectomy with Dr. Ruchi this year, and the results have made a tremendous difference to my daily comfort and overall quality of life. I am extremely grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking expert treatment.

Not great.... After waiting 4 weeks for my elderly mother's referral to be triaged, I was told by text from the receptionist that Dr Singh's quota for "public" patients had been reached for this year, and her next available appt for a "public" patient would be into Feb of 2026. When I complained about having to wait 4 weeks to find this out, the receptionist found an appt sooner (Oct).
