Dr. Ruch is an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. She was consistently thorough, professional, and reassuring throughout my consultations, as well as before and after my surgery. I underwent prolapse surgery and a laparoscopic hysterectomy with Dr. Ruchi this year, and the results have made a tremendous difference to my daily comfort and overall quality of life. I am extremely grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking expert treatment.

Not great.... After waiting 4 weeks for my elderly mother's referral to be triaged, I was told by text from the receptionist that Dr Singh's quota for "public" patients had been reached for this year, and her next available appt for a "public" patient would be into Feb of 2026. I has a surgery in March'25 for a prolapse that impacted my daily life. After tossing and turning for over 10 years, i met with Dr. Ruchi Singh with partial hope. However, Ruchi completely changed my mind with her calm confidence and clear explanation. She walked me through the different options and backed it with pre-op procedures. I had surgery back in March of this year for a prolapse. Dr Ruchi Singh was just fabulous, her bedside manner and expertise with the procedure was wonderful, I could not have asked for a better doctor. Dr Ruchi made sure I was comfortable at all times, always contactable when I had a small complication at home. The surgery has made a huge difference to my life. I would highly recommend her, she has a kind and compassionate manner and excellent knowledge in her area.
