DO NOT GO HERE. EXTORTION AND INFRINGEMENT UPON HUMAN RIGHTS (UDHR Art. 25). Normally when you see an all caps, 1-star review, you’d think it’s a wild one-off crazy. Not in this case. Overall, she is a nice and very approachable doctor. However, she requires you to call in for medication refills each time and counts those as office visits. This means your insurance is billed, and if you have a copay, you’ll receive a bill for it. Another concern is that she tends to treat everything in her office rather than referring to specialists, which can sometimes be overreaching. Dr. Ruby Kapadia is warm, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to understand each patient. She helped my son through a very difficult time with care, compassion, and a personalized approach that made all the difference. Dr. Kapadia really does her research and individualizes her treatments for each patient. The office staff is also fantastic — professional, efficient, and always have a smiles on their faces.
