Avoid. She thought me being overwhelmed and asking for a doctor's note and her signing it would cost her her job. She said "I am not getting fired for signing your note." despite seeing her several times for mental health issues and then after hearing the no I had to pay for the visit.
I recently had a physical exam with Dr. Farooqi and I don't believe she was as mindful as she should have been. She went in to examine my chest without warning or asking me, and when I involuntarily flinched away, she seemed confused by my reaction. I understand that there's implied consent with a physical, but I personally would have appreciated if she would have at least let me know she was going in to touch my chest.
Dr Ruby Farooki is an exceptionally good Medical professional who has not only has the Medical education and experience of the most highly trained physicians, but the compassion for people that is evident in her practice. Dr Farooki listens to me, takes time to listen and ensure she understands what I am trying to say, and she seems to create an open and caring Doctor/Patient relationship attributing to quality healthcare.
