The front office staff is horrible at this office. I requested an appointment with the online feature they have. They left me a message and when I called back they told me they don’t make appointments online, so what is the online feature for? Then when I asked to make an appointment over the phone they told that they don’t take my insurance. I chose Dr. Ruiz as my primary though my insurance’s online portal.
