Dr. Mendez himself is a nice person and listened to my concerns, I found him easy to speak to but my complaint is with his office staff, when I called to make a follow up appointment, the man on the other end was extremely rude to me and told me I missed my last appointment, I apologized and informed him that I was in the middle of a move not to mention that they never sent me a follow up email reminder about the appointment, so between my own mistake (which I own up to, thank you) and them not sending out a reminder it just... read more
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Mendez for the last 7 years. He is thorough, attentive, and really listened to my concerns. He is always willing to adjust medications to ensure the best possible results for my treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Ruben Mendez to anyone seeking compassionate and effective mental health care.
