Great an amazing human being!! Aside from his profession which he is very good at!! In and out process..
I will not go into detail, but I strongly believe because of this person’s medical negligence and failure to follow standard of care as an OB/GYN my daughter (at 35 gestation) passed away in the womb. In hopes of completing this review, I am attempting in bringing awareness regarding this doctor and the care I received as his “patient”.
Don’t go here! Thought I was getting a caring doctor, they tell you to pee in a cup and don’t even tell you you’re pregnant or not! I had to find out through a $1 test I am rather than not. I was lied to by staff, who scheduled me for a sono on the days they don’t schedule. They don’t let any men in the lobby at all! I was told that I was “cared” for. Was at the doctor all day and spend an hour going to Harlingen for a sono…. Just to be Told I WASNT PREGNANT A DAY BEFORE $1 test told me I am!
I went here specifically because DR.TORRES has been the DR for a lot of my family members, but when I went in specifically on 11/06/2023, the receptionist named "Cassandra" when I asked if walk ins are welcomed she said "no", okay understandable, no worries, when I asked "what are my other options" she said "there's the hospital" Very unprofessional, and rude for a receptionist if you ask me, su. The audacity !!!
Dr.Torres is a wonderful doctor great sense of humor answered all my questions odered lab & Utrasound didn't beat around. I switched from Dr Mona (she has terrible staff ) but Dr Torres staff is wonderful from the receptions to the nurses and the phlebotomist did a great job drawing my blood I have hard to find veins My 2 Visits have been quick not a long wait. The lobby and exam rooms are very clean.
