Absolute horrible experience. And I’ve been coming here for some time now. For women’s wellness and gynecology services. My last few visits were rushed or unorganized. I’ve come in and been told “oh, you actually didn’t need to be seen today,” after waiting in a room for an hour and leaving work early for the appointment THEY told me I needed to come in for. Dr. Roz is brilliant, kind, and really listens and cares. I couldn't be more grateful for the HRT therapy she provides. She tailors treatments to your personal needs. Thank you so much for changing my life for the better with hormone therapy. Her staff is super friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend Dr. Roz!
Dr Roz is a great doctor! She helped me at a time when I was feeling at my lowest and had really high blood pressure issues. She put me on the right medications to help me. After seeing another Dr before her she fixed what should've already been done by the other Dr I was seeing. Dr Roz genuinely cares about her patients and is one of the best Dr's out here. I am so grateful to have met her. She has changed my life!
This office is not organized. Screwed up my appointment time, was extremely rude about it. If you can’t manage your own business maybe you shouldn’t be one.
Scheduled 3 weeks ago with doctor Roz. Got a confirmation email and text. Staff said I was wrong. Then discovered someone that “works from home” made a mistake and even though my confirmation is correct they internally scheduled it the week prior… then offered me a date 3 weeks from now. That’s literally their fault it shouldn’t be on me to come back 3 weeks later. Avoid this unorganized mess of an office!
