(EDIT to respond as this wont let me comment back) It seems this is and has been an ongoing issue with this office so i truly doubt anything will be done. Everyone going for simple gynecological care and not a body modification of some sort is treated subpar to said individuals. If you find this office to be good for body modifications, etcetera.....great. but it's also supposed to be a gynecologist office and it's not showing that side very well. Dr. Ros was kind, knowledgeable, and really is taking the time to connect the dots to help me. She was very friendly, helpful, and non-judgmental when I had lots of questions. She was clear about what the next steps are in my treatment are and I’m looking forward to working with her. Her staff/nurses were also very friendly and helpful as well.
New to the area so many things are different. Things have gotten much better since Emily has been gone.
Never a long wait. Staff is always so kind in all areas, check in, in the room, check out, and with every phone call. Dr Roz is great. Listens and actually hears you. Treats not just what is seen but also how you feel.
