Over a week prior, I booked an appt for my son to see Dr Roy Kwan. I organised with work to take time off. Booking went through smoothly. Day prior to appt I received the reminder message and confirmed my appt. I need to find a consistent Dr to oversee my sons asthma every few months. Morning of I receive a phone call from the receptionist saying Dr Kwan doesn't take new patients and I'd have to find another Dr. I questioned that, sharing the information above and reception said they'd check with the Dr and come back to me. ... read more
