Dr Joseph was recommended to me for a procedure. I had an appointment with him, gave him my co-pay. He told me he accepted my insurance. I needed this surgery. He failed to respond to any of my calls, emails, texts for weeks until I went to another surgeon and informed him that I had to get this done and I found another surgeon.
