I have an unusual response to poison ivy, where I get a secondary reaction on my hands. I talked to Dr. Hinds about this and he didn't seem to have a problem with my suggestion of a stepped dose beginning with 80 mg. So I got poison ivy and he prescribed 30 mg. It didn't work and I got the reaction on my hands. When I called for an increased dose, he said he couldn't see me for 3 days and I would have to go to urgent care, even though I told him I had injured my hand and had a cast. Money grab.
