One of the absolute worst experiences we have ever had getting treatment! If not the worst! Multiple times have been given the runaround over prescriptions that he himself has prescribed. Continuously drags out when scripts will be filled for absolutely no reason! Staff turnover exacerbates the situation and with each one trying to pass the buck to someone else while all ignore the actual need right in front of them!
Went with my mother for a second opinion. Would say probably one of the best experiences with a physician in general. We didn't feel rushed at all. He spent nearly an hour with us getting a full history and reviewing our questions and concerns. Very compassionate and even sat with us to watch an educational urology video. Being a RN myself I'm pretty critical of the profession. This is the type of care that should be given across the board in my opinion.
I love this Doctor he's the best
I love Dr. Balbanov, he's brilliant, very approachable, willing to ask the hard questions. In a good way, he's like a dog with a bone, he doesn't stop pushing for an answer. And best of all, he has a sense of humor; who knew that was possible.
