Dr Farooq was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind! Thank you for your attention to my mom today.
Our newborn (now 6 months old) has been so happy with Dr. Farooq that we all ended up switching to him my wife, my son, and me. He’s incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and genuine. He doesn’t just rush through appointments; he actually takes the time to ask how everyone in the family is doing, even when it’s just me there. He remembers details about my son and our family that most doctors overlook. We’ve never had a doctor like this before. If he’s still accepting patients, I can’t recommend him highly enough.
This clinic contacted me about connecting with a family doctor, but after reading so many reviews about the receptionist, I’d rather stay without one than go there.
Dr.Farooq the new family Dr is really intelligent & knowledgeable, he has improved this place into a functional operating practice. He is understanding, takes the time out to listen to each patients needs and life circumstances. Ellen is great receptionist often multitasking multiple patient requests at once always with a smile. Great improvements. Glad to be a patient of theirs.
Man what an upgrade, Dr.Rostami was a great beloved old school doctor, however this new practising Family Dr. Farooq is such a breath of fresh air, he is very knowledgeable with experience I believe in the UK. I've been a patient of theirs since I was 12 now I'm 26. Can't say enough good things about him , very impressed with his conduct. & Ofc as always Ellen the receptionist delivering patient requests with a smile, she always checks in with you regardless of your circumstances. Keep it up :)
