I have been trying to help one of Dr. Tye's patients get their FMLA approved for work. He was placed on leave on 12/09/2019. We called multiple times and left details instructions on what was needed to get it approved. They did nothing. Then we sent them the DOL Medical Certification to fill out. They did nothing. FINALLY, they asked him to come in with the paperwork to get it filled out, and he did, with a detailed note of what was needed and the form. Worst dr I have ever worked with. Leaves door open during visit. All his diagnoses were incorrect, making me take heavy duty antibiotics I didn't need. Referred me to specialists that didn't deal with my issue. Dealing with it for 6 months and have lost tons of money seeing Dr Tye when a good Dr could have figured out the issue faster. Had to change GPs after 6 months of stress, appointments, tests and meds I didn't need. Dr Tye is in it for the money, not the medicine. I do not recommend
