The conversation was transactional and dismissive, with a strong emphasis on fees rather than patient care. Dr. Ross Turner is a fantastic specialist, and I have no complaints about his care—he has been wonderful throughout my IVF journey. However, the experience of interacting with his reception staff, particularly Naomi, has been consistently disappointing. Dr. Turner is wonderful and professional in his line of work. My wife and I live 371 km from his practice but always looking forward to our appointments with him. We were so lucky and fell pregnant on our first transfer. I recomend his services a thousand times and more.
Dr Ross and his staff are amazing, highly recommend, really knows his stuff and does a thorough job. Has great personality and sense of humour. 😊
