Be prepared for long waits after your check in at your scheduled appointment times. 1hr+ at least, there’s no explanation and it’s not luck, it happens everytime I take my family in.
The doctor seems to be always out of the country and reschedule my appointment out of a sudden, I don’t like this and don’t recommend
Staff were friendly, but the wait time was so bad I had to reschedule and leave, after paying $20 in parking!!!
The way scheduling is done is just awful. They schedule patients every 15 minutes while telling you the appointment is likely to last up to an hour. No wonder there are unreasonable wait times. They are aware of how this affects patients and that they will have to wait 60-90 minutes (parking is $7/hr by the way) and they still do this. And lie about it too.
10:15 appointments t and we have to wait for two hours. Such a bad experience
