Poor office staff. The doctor tells lies so hear others opinions before you believe. Make sure the office and doctor are on same page as you always.
Kayla and Kyle have been very helpful to me. Always kind and courteous on the phone and in person when I visited the office earlier this month. Great customer service. The most important part is they LISTENED and not just gave the standard answer about "well we are booked; that appointment is the best we could do", but Kayle listened and worked things out so I could get in sooner; Kyle was a big part of making this happened also.
