Dr. Roshan Parikh barred the daughter of an 87 year old patient from his facility when the daughter, who was the only caregiver for her mother, was asking Dr. Parikh for a referral for an in-home health aid to help with the care of her elderly mother. When the daughter got mad about not being given the in-home health aid referral, Doctor Parikh told the daughter that her mother can make her own decisions and barred the daughter from the facility.
