Dr. Roshan mendis was very helpfull to us ,as we were from india were gone to visit our daughter Nidhi ,he help us a lot in my wife's back pain. he is so polite and gentle and having a good heart to help the people,by just not giving medicine but also understanding their emotions. We will never forgot him for his such kind behavior, God bless him.

The service I received was not only substandard but also deeply concerning. The staff, including receptionists, spoke to me in a condescending and inappropriate manner, as though I owed them something. It appears they have little understanding that they are delivering a service within the Australian healthcare system, where duty of care is a fundamental obligation.
