July 2024 I have never felt so traumatised in a procedure that wasnt successful, veins too slippery after way too many attempts at finding them (9 in total) to then be charged full price for an unsuccessful procedure which she blocked reason code 360 with medicare so I couldnt even claim. Disgraceful, I would avoid this clinic at all costs. It felt like I was in a timewarp with her clinician going on about covid, honestly very unprofessional and they should not be able to practice.
Terrible I had to call and request my results be sent to my doctor 2 weeks after I had my scans done. My doctors had to call twice. Marley just refused to send them. Can't believe anyone could do this to a patient. This is about people
