This office communication skills is horrible. If you need any type of birth control GO to another MD’s office. They will make an appt for you, the day of your appointment they’ll cancel to reschedule and cancel again and make another appointment a month later. They also charged my insurance for a prescription that I NEVER received from them. A bad Gynecologist office.
My husband & I haven’t even got INTO the appointment and it is already so unprofessional! He made a appointment a month ago and for the past month we’ve been waiting for a email that was suppose to be paperwork. NO EMAIL. We called all month long and NO ANSWER. No conformation for this appointment but we came anyways! A hour drive. We show up. The appointment is at 11 & NO ONE IS HERE OR ANSWERING.
