Terrible service, bad treatment and unscrupulous. Dr. Castillo surreptitiously asked me to pay a higher deductible, which I unknowingly did. When I realized I was being overcharged and asked for a refund, she angrily refused and insisted that I had to pay what she asked for. I told her then that I was going to contact my insurance to file a complaint. It was at that moment that she rapidly refunded me what I had been overcharged. I went to have a partial done and when I finished it it didn't look good. I came back several times to have it fixed and it continued to be bad. She told me to use it for 3 months until I got used to it but I couldn't use it because I got some blisters. in the gum and I went for a second opinion and indeed the partial she did was not well done and the doctor said it was well done so I do not recommend it.

Dr. Castillo did several treatments like extraction and fillings. I did not feel any discomfort especially during the numbing. Her assistant Esmeralda is very sweet and so as Dr. Castillo.

Dr. Castillo and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! Saw them for multiple visits without any scheduling issues. She was very gentle during the dental work. Made sure I was numb before proceeding, etc. I would definitely recommend!
