Dr. refused to see me because I already had a primary care doctor. I don't think that should lock you into having a doctor for the rest of your life.
I would give this place a zero if I could. This is a racist doctor with zero professionalism. My mom wasn’t insured at the time of her appointment(2-3 years ago), she clearly stated she would be self pay and it wasn’t an issue upon making the appointment. My mom showed up for her appointment, checked in with very friendly staff, went into the room to wait for the doctor…when Dr. Rosario finally came in she looked up and down at my mom and said “I’m not attending you.” My mom then told her “I am self pay, I’m paying for my ap... read more
She'd been our family doctor for more than 30 years now. Very strict for the best of her patient and very caring.
Dr. Ferrer is pretty awesome. Very knowledgable and to the point. Good luck getting to speak w her office staff though. You can waste an entire day and only reach the mailbox sometimes. Even when they put you on hold, you are liable to end up in the vm. Very frustrating. *update - this review was years ago. I haven't had any issues since.
