Most doctors rush through appointments. Dr. Catalasan will sit and answer every question you have like she has all the time in the world. I've never had a doctor like that. My wife and I both go to her and had the same experience.
Office poorly managed....rude receptionist. Takes forever to return phone calls. Hard to get refil if you don't go there every 6 months for basic maintenance meds. Why request a blood work every six months for Blood Pressure medication refil??????
I could not have been happier with Dr. Catalasen; she is warm, professional and very thorough. Some of her staff could use a few lessons on telephone manners, how to greet patients and in basic communication skills. The waiting area could be lighter and less depressing but overall the waiting room and exam room were spotless.
