They never answer the phone, and my needs are never met. I have concerns about certain serious medical conditions, and the doctor seems not to pay attention to my needs. Very slow service, unprofessional. Years ago, it seemed to be better, but now with young hires working, it seems like they don't even care.
Our appointment was at 9:30am and we have arrived on time last Friday. We waited 1/12 hrs inside the lobby office to be called. Then we were moved from one office to another , with a reduced space. The Dr came without apologies, we talked all together in Spanish & English . We got referrals and medications to pick up and nothing was done professional .
