Very bad service. Appointment was around 12 pm but I waited 1:30 half hours and when I met doctor she was ignoring me and told me that if I do a favour only she can help me otherwise she can’t help me and forced me to do the blood test which I didn’t wanted. Feels like they are just to earn money not to help people. Very very very rude doctor. Never going to this place again. To be honest don’t waste your time going in that place. Thank you
Great people however work wise could improve A LOT MORE. Waiting time: The only practice where each GP spend AT LEAST 30 minutes each patient even for simple things i.e Vaccination (hence the LONG WAITING TIME). This could be done better for efficiency. My usual wait is 1.5-2hours hours Consultation: Holistic approach and person-centered could be utilised. Reception: Need standardisation of 'check in' process. i.e take everyone's ID/medicare card upon presentation. Due to the above, I decided to look for another practice.
