No problem with the providers. Scheduling staff is in need of training. Made an appointment with Dr G. they called me the day before to reschedule with a different provider and I did. Made it to my appointment this morning just to find out no Dr is in office. The thing that upset me the most is they told me Dr S. made changes to different office last minute and “someone called me to cancel” LIES no one called my phone besides to reschedule I never canceled it!! 😡
Very bad expo, l make the appointment with two months lm advance and two days before they call me for confirm the appointment.. we’l.. one day before they canceled the appointment because she don’t accepted new patients!!!!!!! I’m lost two months for see a dr !!!!!!!… she don’t have respect for people and she is not professional and responsable for be a dr !!!!!
