Dr. Flores is super great. We find sessions with her to be calming, but more importantly as a regular foundation to learn and practice skills in our relationship. She's great about giving us tangible things to practice. Dr. Flores's style is very patient, and also focuses on the strengths we both have in our relationship. One concrete example of something she taught us is the concept of meta-communication.
