Wait time over 2 hrs with appointment. No courtesy updates. Don’t bother, you’ll end up with higher blood pressure.

I went here in Summer 2020 (initial COVID) and I thought the staff was hard working (seemed very busy), the office had medium wait times (given how much of NYC has hours LONG wait times) for appointments (both in waiting room, and duration of days you had to wait to come back in), Dr. Rosa Carrera who I worked with had good bedside manner, took time to explain the tests and her analysis of the results and took my COVID vascular concerns seriously. I’m so disappointed about this place. My mom has been coming here for years and I’ve been skeptical but she went mainly for language purposes. However, the wait is always long, and once you’re inside she rushes through the appointment. One time my mother was very ill and I called the emergency number they have for patients and she put me on hold for two minutes to speak to a vendor! Why have that number if your just going to be very unprofessional and irresponsible.
