The office manager and staff of Dr Rory Breidbart office is rude and incompetent. When I called to resolve a prescription problem that I waited for over Two months . I called couldn’t even express my point, I was yelled at and was told that I used inappropriate language and abusive. Then they insisted that I have to come in for a scheduled appointment not having my monitor that I called the office about. Is money more important than a patient’s health and welfare?

Knowledgeable, experienced, great listener, interested in dialog, easy to talk to, logical, no-nonsense approach, developed a treatment plan with my wishes in mind, I truly felt “heard.” I have a rare blood disorder; Dr. Breidbart knew exactly what it was and how the treatment of it impacts A1C testing. He was patient with me. Immediately completed medical necessity documents for my continuous glucose monitor. Office staff were terrific!

Nasty, rude and money hungry. I’ve been going to Dr Breidbart for 5 years and over the last 2 years, something has changed. My PCP was concerned, Dr Breidbart wasn’t. My PCP had to regulate my medication because Breidbart was blowing it off like it was nothing and now I’m finally back to normal TSH levels and feeling like myself again. He has also changed his policies... read more

My wife was not treated when she asked for her blood work. He did not take her symptoms seriously and did not review existing medication she was taking. Please look for another doctor who wants to treat patients.

This doctor will only tell you go to emergency room!! I have allergy and took Claritin D for few days then start having swollen throat, high blood pressure and rapid heartbeat. I called and asked if D would trigger these reaction for the hyperthyroidism, he said "I don't know you should go to emergency room and check". I said I feel swollen throat and seems blocking the airway, he said again "Go emergency room and have them check for you". Then I asked again if any patients you have that experienced similar situation? He sai... read more
