Love PA Julie and OM Stacy. After 2 weeks of calling, asking for drs orders to be faxed to Presby, Med Tech Ashley ordered a WRONG test for me, a NUCLEAR whole body scan. Fortunately Presby caught the mistake and canceled it the day before I was to get the isotope injection. Presby completely filled out the form correctly with codes, called Ashly saying have it signed and fax it back ASAP. The test was the next morning. I arrived for my test and Still no orders. They are liars, they just want money. I called for a general physical because I knew that I was going to lose my job, yet they submitted the insurance claim under a different code, which triggered charges to be covered from my own pocket. Also, while seeing the doctor, I asked several times if I had to pay anything from my own pocket for any of the services they were providing and they assured me that it was all covered by the insurance. I was injured at work on March 16, 2017 and took me about two years for my first visit to Dr. Allen. Dr. Allen is an amazing doctor who took great interest getting me the help that I needed for my back injury. He referred me to Pride for my therapy. With the help of Dr. Allen and the staff at Pride, I have been able to returned to work. I am so thankful for their help. I highly recommended Dr. Allen who is such a caring doctor.
Dr. Allen takes his time and never makes you feel rushed or like just another appointment. Definitely cares about his patients and focused on their wellbeing and making them better. He gets to the bottom of any issues. If he can’t fix it or doesn’t know the answer he finds it for you and still sees you though. He is incredibly kind. His staff is great. They really care for their patients and are so friendly. It’s clear Dr. Allen truly cares about his staff and they adore him. You can’t go wrong with him and his office.
Normally I hate doctors so my standards aren't exactly high so long as I can get done what I need done, and get my questions when I have some answered well enough. That was accomplished, so good with and thanks for the help.
This facility is new, clean, and very professional. The staff there is amazing! Dr. Allen will go out of his way to make sure that every patient gets the best care possible! I won't use any other doctor or facility!
