Had them install a spigot in 2024, and it wasn’t done right the first time. They fixed it, but it should’ve been done correctly to begin with. In 2025, the same spigot leaked. The tech found it was just a washer out of place, fixed it in seconds, and confirmed nothing was broken—yet I was charged $190. Overpriced and untrustworthy. I’ll never use them again, and I’d recommend others stay away.

Dr. Rooter was able to service my address the very next morning after calling late (non-emergency). Eli was the service tech and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to identify and resolve the drainage issue fast. Would recommend these guys again.
