Colby was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and very responsive when I had questions. He helped me through the claim process, kept me informed about scheduling, and was onsite during much of the roof replacement. I would highly recommend him and DR Roofing as a transparent and responsible roofing company. Customer service is an obvious priority for them.
Recent storms caused damage to my roof which I was going to fix myself until Kevin knocked on my door. Ended up claiming insurance and got my entire house and shop roof covered and dr roofing’s crew is the best all around with always keeping in touch and going above and beyond on customer service! Definitely recommend! They came and gave a free assessment, met with my insurance agent and provided a quote very quickly after I called them. After it was approved, they had materials delivered to my house within a week and started the job as soon as they could. They did an excellent job at covering and not damaging our Japenese maples and cleaned up after themselves! Our roof looks BEAUTIFUL! Stephanie was amazing with communication from beginning to end! Dr Roofing done a magnificent job on our home. We had two layers that had to be removed and replaced with a far superior product. Upon my first meeting with Kevin he done a very good presentation leaving no stone unturned and making sure I understood what was going to happen and the advantages of the products used. The crews arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Very competitive with other estimates. I strongly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
