Doctors Bochner & Caban are excellent doctors who are very patient and are good at explaining everything. They make you feel very comfortable and I am very satisfied with both of them. One of the women in the reception area is always very rude on the phone, in person, and particularly in speaking with younger patients. I have heard her say very negative things about someone they just spoke to on the phone and loud enough to be heard by the patients while I was in the waiting room. That is very unprofessional. They lost my chart a few times, very old school office, each doctor said something else. Out of the group I liked Dr Ham and Segall. Dr Caban was short and very rough- didn’t make me feel comfortable at all!
