My mother and I woke up at 5:30 am to get my mother to her 8:00 am appointment with Dr Rahkkit. We got there at 7:40. The office staff arrived shortly after we did and were very courteous. However, we were placed in a room and told the doctor would be in when he arrived. By 8:20, it was clear that he was still not in, though we were never updated by the staff.
