I was very happy with the customer service we recieved and the work that was done. The city had ruined several things in our house when they replaced our water meter and shot debris through our plumbing. One thing we were unable to repair was our outdoor spicket. The guys that came were very professional and helpful. They got the repair done in minutes for a very reasonable price and even asked if we wanted to record it to show the city the damage they caused. I called Pete to see if he could fix my problem, after I had another company out who wanted to charge us $2,500. Pete said the problem probably worked itself out but fixed 2 drains for $110. He was fantastic — quick service and very reasonable service. He’s a really nice guy, too.
