Dr. Book himself is fantastic! Dealing with the office may cause mental distress. To book an appointment you have a total of 2 hours split into 1 hour segments and you usually can't get through to anyone if you aren't the fist person to call at 9am. I've taken to driving to the office to book appointments or I won't get one.
After being with Dr Book for almost 5 years, I can say with certainty that if you have any mental health issues, find somewhere else. Dr book himself is fine but the office is absolutely horrendous. The hours to book an appointment are absolutely ridiculous! Once I was able to get back to work working 9-5, it was IMPOSSIBLE to book an appointment. They never answer the phone and when the pharmacy tries to get in touch for questions about scripts they still can't get ahold of them
I am a professional software developer of 7 years that has dealt with anxiety and depression since a very young age (14 or so) just to give some background on myself. Dr. Book is amazing, very personable and listens to your concerns intently. Have been seeing him for some years now for my anxiety and ADD and would never consider going elsewhere.
