**Updated...Got a lot to say...** My 1st experience wasn't pleasant due to miscommunication (TLDR; Was scheduled with Dr. Book for May 2nd 2025 but he ended up being on sick leave until the 5th, and I wasn't informed by them about it). My 2nd visit was much better. Friendly staff, quick consult, and managed to get my next appointment sooner than expected. 3rd visit was a diagnosis and prescription, and there was a nice conversation about diets and our lifestyles. Zero stars if I could. This office is rediculously disorganized, good luck trying to get anyone on the phone, or even a return call. There is only 1 secretary and she is swamped. One secretary for such a busy office is a joke, but it does set the tone for the experience you will recieve! She is plesant and you can tell that she's doing her best, it's not her fault her employer won't hire more staff and expects her to be super human.
