Zero stars if I could. This office is rediculously disorganized, good luck trying to get anyone on the phone, or even a return call. There is only 1 secretary and she is swamped. One secretary for such a busy office is a joke, but it does set the tone for the experience you will recieve! She is plesant and you can tell that she's doing her best, it's not her fault her employer won't hire more staff and expects her to be super human. Updated review since last couple visits: My 1st experience wasn't pleasant due to miscommunications with the secretaries (summary, was scheduled with Dr. Book for May 2nd 2025 but he ended up being on sick leave until the 5th, and my appointment was moved without them informing me about it). My 2nd visit was much better. Friendly staff, quick consult, and managed to get my next appointment sooner than expected. Will update again after more future appointments. Would bump it up to 4 stars, but the 1st visit is what took away ... read more

I hear great reviews about the doctors here, but was sadly disappointed that I wasn't informed about what's going on with my appointment...I usually give 3 chances before I give a review, but figured I would inform about my 1st experience.
