Dr Werb is the most compassionate, kind, knowledgeable doctor we have ever experienced. It is an honor to have him as our doctor.
Before I explain why I gave a one star, I want to say that Dr. Ronald Werb is one of the best specialists I have ever had. He is kind, knowledgeable, and willing to listen. The reason why I gave a 1 star was because of the receptionist. She is so mean. She doesn't listen, is not unkind, and is NOT willing to listen. She's the opposite of Dr. Werb. Since we live by Coquitlam, there was heavy traffic because the receptionist gave us the time during rush hour. Add on unexpected situations on the road, and we're late. She phones... read more
