Very thorough and a great doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr Stern's for over 20 yrs. This is not so much about him as his office personnel. I have called his office 4x in the last 3 weeks to get an answer to what would have been a simple question, each time told someone would get back to me. Would not let me speak with the Dr. Still waiting...!!!
The girl in the office are rude and unprofessional. They told me to get a negative test results to see the doctor but failed to mention that it has to be a PCR. So went to urgent care and wasted my time and still can’t see my doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr. Stern's for quite some time now . Dr. Stern is very personable , a great listener , and very empathetic to the concerns of his patients.
