Do NOT use this doctor. Very weird doctor and staff. Not acceptable
Dr. Ronald Sachs is an outstanding practitioner; I have full confidence in his diagnosis and treatment. There are multiple steps to a single treatment; the office is quite process efficient in guiding patients through those steps. The quality of the professional staff is uneven, but not enough for me to lower a five-star rating.
The worst receptionist ever. She was so mean and talked down to me with attitude.
let me preface this by saying we gave this man MULTIPLE chances, we kept coming back because he is supposed to be the best, but instead we were met with aggression, talked down to, insulted, and a disregard for consent (or the retraction of it!!!). if negative stars were possible i’d give them. after visiting this office 2x a month for almost a year, at least half of those visits were met with poor service. if you are a person looking to be involved in your treatment or advocate for yourself or another patient this is NOT th... read more
