This office has been a lifesaver. I can’t speak highly enough about their work. The staff are supportive, calm, caring, and just overall nice people to be around. Dr. Sachs himself is a first ballot hall-of-famer. You go to him when you want the best, and for something as important as vision you should want the best. Does the office get backed up at times? Do NOT use this doctor. Very weird doctor and staff. Not acceptable
Dr. Ronald Sachs is an outstanding practitioner; I have full confidence in his diagnosis and treatment. There are multiple steps to a single treatment; the office is quite process efficient in guiding patients through those steps. The quality of the professional staff is uneven, but not enough for me to lower a five-star rating.
The worst receptionist ever. She was so mean and talked down to me with attitude.
