I have been a cliet of Dr.Watts 7 +years and the service ,phone service is absolutely horrible!!:I have been without my Insulin 4 months bacause of lack of communication! There is no real office manager to address the situation , incompetant,inconsiderate,incompassionate staff! i'm m extremely dissappointed in the lack of service rendered with this office!
It should never be this difficult to get in contact with a doctors office. Unbelievable. They do not answer the phone lines at the front desk so don't waste your time getting any care at this establishment
I have had an excellent experience at this office. Darnell Crowder is my N.P. and she discovered I had cushings syndrome. I am post op after a left adrenal gland removal due to high cortisol caused by a benign adreanal tumor. Thank you Mrs. Crowder!! Everyone else at the office is professional and kind. I still go for follow up visits. I highly reccomend this Dr's office.
